Health Insurance Marketplace Modernization and Affordability Act of 2005

“A bill to amend title I of the Employee Retirement Security Act of 1974 and the Public Health Service Act to expand health care access and reduce costs through the creation of small business health plans and through modernization of the health insurance marketplace.”

While I admit I have not read the entire text of this proposed legislation, I do have concerns over one part of it and how it would impact access to and coverage of services provided by doctors of chiropractic.
