I loaned my copy of the book to a friend and have not had a chance to read it yet, but of course this book deals with how to handle negative emotions.

This comment from an Amazon reader sums it up.

Let is all well and good but negatve emotions have more power and influence than positive emotions. Does this book deal with learning to conquering those negative emotions that tend to cause damage and ruin to most peoples lives.
